Can you make a part that is no longer available?
Often yes. A sample part, the mating surfaces on the vehicle, or a drawing gives us enough to model and machine a replacement. Where no sample exists, the part is measured in place and fabricated to fit.
Why does in-house machining matter for a build?
It removes waiting and translation errors. When a mount, spacer, or adapter has to change during mock-up, the change is made the same day by the person who can see the assembly, instead of being described to an outside shop.
Do you fabricate structures that are not car parts?
Yes. The same welding, machining, and metal-forming capability is applied to non-automotive fabrication work, including large aerospace-scale structures brought into the facility.
Machined or fabricated — which does my part need?
Machining suits parts that need tight tolerances and precise mating surfaces, such as adapters, housings, and engine components. Fabrication suits larger assemblies made from sheet and tube, such as mounts, panels, and structures. Many parts use both.
