The build
How it came together
Every panel came off and was taken to bare metal. Working on the stripped shell made it possible to address corrosion and previous repairs properly instead of burying them under filler.
The body shell was reassembled with fitment set panel by panel, gaps established before primer, and the tub prepared for finish while the chassis and drivetrain were built in parallel.
The Coyote V8 was installed with mounts, cooling, fuel, and exhaust fabricated for the chassis, and the wiring integrated so the modern driveline behaves correctly in an early truck.
The sage-green finish was applied in our booth, and the dash, trim, and interior were fitted last so the completed truck reads as one build rather than a collection of upgrades.
