The build
How it came together
Parts availability for the LM002 is effectively nonexistent, so the build began in fabrication. Panels and structure were formed and fitted to the vehicle rather than sourced.
Fender and body sections were shaped and aligned to the vehicle's hard lines, with fitment confirmed on the truck before any filler or primer went on.
The body was worked through primer and blocking stages, where the flat, slab-sided surfaces of the LM002 make any wave immediately visible in reflection.
Refinishing was completed in our booth, closing a project that stayed inside one facility from raw metal through final color.
